Auction Registration
To participate in bidding, all bidders must complete an online registration and obtain bidding approval.
Registration alone does not grant bidding privileges.
Eastern Heritage Antiques International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or decline any registration at its sole discretion.
Bidder Verification
Bidding access is granted only to verified bidders.
Verification may include, but is not limited to:
• Identity confirmation
• Contact information verification
• Deposit requirement for selected lots
Approved bidders will be notified by email once bidding access is activated.
Deposit Policy
A refundable deposit is required for bidding on selected auction lots.
Deposit Amount
• Determined based on the estimated or starting price of the lot
• Typically ranges from 10%–20% of the starting bid
Refund Policy
• Fully refundable if the bidder is unsuccessful
• For successful bidders, the deposit will be applied toward the final invoice
Deposits may be paid via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
Right of Refusal
Eastern Heritage Antiques International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to:
• Refuse bidding permission
• Require additional documentation
• Suspend or revoke bidding access at any time
